Sandeep Pradhan
Managing Partner
Sandeep is a Managing Partner at JIS Capital LLC, where he is responsible for acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building key strategic partnerships . As the founder of JIS Capital, he focuses his time on revenue -generating activities for the firm through Multifamily real estate acquisitions, alternative investments, and private equity opportunities.
Sandeep is also a Principal at SCM Navigators LLC, which provides information technology consulting to various clients in the North America region. Sandeep provides business consulting advice to customers on digital transformation. Prior to establishing his own companies, Sandeep worked in various business roles and served Navy. Sandeep graduated with MBA from Monash University, Australia.
He has grown his Multifamily portfolio to over 2 ,500 + units across various states and has a keen focus on acquisitions and building key partner relationships across the market. Sandeep also enjoys vacationing around the world with his wife, Imelda, and daughter, Jessica.
Imelda Pradhan
Managing Partner
Imelda is working as a Realtor with Keller Williams SW.
Imelda graduated from Ohio State University for her bachelor and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia . Imelda had worked for more than 15 years with Multi -National Corporations. She was employed by American Standards and General Electric (GE) in Singapore, Indonesia and Australia. She also worked as Australian Immigration Agent with Fragomen Del Rey, from 2006 until 2000.
As a Residential Realtor, she provides turn -key services for her investors. She helps buyers and sellers for buying and selling their Real Estate including single family homes, land, Condo and Apartments. With her husband she is buying and managing
her own Single -Family Rental (SFR) portfolio. She is helping investors looking for SFR, suggestion on remodeling, and finding suitable tenants for her clients

We never thought we would grow and manage a portfolio of thousands of doors, never mind syndicate multifamily assets worth millions of dollars, all while helping hundreds of investors to build wealth.
We initially got our start in real estate through investing in single family homes.
Over time, we realized that we could help even more people if we were to scale up to multifamily.
Thus, after years of success investing in single family homes, we shifted to multifamily so that we could help people just like you to leverage our experience in real estate to grow your wealth.
We created JIS Capital in 2012, and since then, we’ve gone all-in on multifamily. Sandeep focuses on multifamily acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investor relations, while Imelda focuses on asset management and operations.
